Für unsere Manufakturmarke Breguet suchen wir ab sofort mit 19,25 Stunden pro Woche für unseren Standort in Eschborn einen

 PR Referent (all genders)

Dafür suchen wir Dich:

• Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört die eigenverantwortliche Marketingbudgetplanung und Überwachung sowie die Koordination aller Mediaaktivitäten in Abstimmung mit dem Breguet Stammhaus in der französischen Schweiz
• Du akquirierst und identifizierst geeignete Kooperationspartner zur Steigerung der lokalen Markenbekanntheit von Breguet
• Du übernimmst das Briefing und die Steuerung externer Agenturen und Dienstleister, wie Druckereien, Eventagenturen, etc.
• Du überprüfst Layouts, Korrekturabzüge und Textentwürfe
• Gleichzeitig bist Du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der gesamten PR-Strategie von Breguet im deutschen Markt. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit dem Head of PR Breguet und dem Brand Manager von Breguet zusammen
• Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im Übersetzen und hast einen sicheren Schreibstil
• Du pflegst den Aus- und Aufbau von lokalen wie nationalen Pressekontakten, Bloggern, Influencern und Multiplikatoren
• Du nimmst an Presseveranstaltungen teil und hast Spaß an der Planung, der Organisation und der Durchführung von Events und Kooperationen
• Du bist zuständig für die Kostenüberwachung des PR-Budgets sowie für die Planung, die Steuerung, das Reporting und die Analyse von Marketing- und PR-Aktivitäten

Was Dich dafür auszeichnet:

• Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich PR und/oder im Marketing, idealerweise in der gehobenen Luxus- und Konsumgüterbranche
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, sehr gut Englisch und verfügst idealerweise über Französischkenntnisse
• Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gehst Herausforderungen aktiv an
• Du bist ein kreativer, kommunikationsstarker Kopf mit Organisationsgeschick
• Du besitzt ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Situationen und hast einen sicheren Auftritt

• Evaluer les dangers liés à la Sûreté pour les différents sites et les Boutiques en Suisse
• Proposer à la Direction des mesures destinées à réduire les incidents et les dangers, les mettre en place et les communiquer
• Superviser les services de loge de sécurité et d’intervention
• Participer au service de piquet technique
• Gérer les projets concernant la Sûreté
• Effectuer la coordination avec le Swatch Group VDJ dans le cadre des manifestations
• Réaliser la prévention incendie
• Connaitre la législation et les règles des différentes autorités en vigueur et s’assurer de leur application
• Veiller à l’application du fret aérien selon les prescriptions de l’OFAC
• Gérer un dispositif de contrôle et d’alarme, les moyens de fermeture, d’accès et de contrôle anti-intrusion des sites
• Signaler immédiatement tout incident grave à notre Direction, s’assurer que le matériel d’urgence est disponible et en état de marche
• Former le personnel sur les principes de Sûreté (fret aérien et prévention incendie AEAI) et maintenir ses connaissances professionnelles à jour
• Réaliser les audits Sûreté dans l’entreprise

Compétences requises

• Vous possédez idéalement un CFC technique, des certifications de Chargé de Sûreté (types SBSS et Aviasecure) et la formation de Prévention AEAI
• Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une expérience significative dans la même fonction, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
• Communicateur, vous savez travailler en équipe avec des interlocuteurs variés

Job description

• Assist Boutique Manager to lead and supervise the team in the store to achieve the assigned sales and customer service targets
• Ensure all directions and guidelines from management are followed properly
• Ensure smooth communication and consistent work practices are in place to facilitate the achievement of sales and customer service targets
• Monitor customers' feedback, service standard and general performance
• Support Boutique Manager in development through training, coaching, and use of KPI
• Strong client centric mindset and able to support boutique manager in this area

Profile

• Post-secondary or above
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in luxury products, preferably in watch and jewelry business
