Breguet rekrutiert derzeit eine*n Assistant Boutique Manager (all genders) für seine Boutique in Düsseldorf.

Der Assistant Boutique Manager (all genders) bietet allen Besuchern der Boutique außergewöhnliche Erlebnisse, um langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen und Verkaufsziele zu erreichen. In Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen, der Unterstützung des Boutique-Managers und dem Managementteam von Breguet trägt der Assistant Boutique Manager dazu bei, dass jeder Kunde das hohe Serviceniveau erfährt, das einer Breguet-Uhr würdig ist.

Dafür suchen wir Dich:

• Vertrieb und Geschäftsentwicklung:

• • Du bietest Kundinnen und Kunden ein exzellentes Verkaufserlebnis und hältst zeitnah und konstant angemessenen Kontakt mit potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Eigentümern (Customer Service), um die vorgegebenen Verkaufsziele zu erreichen.
  • Lade Kundinnen und Kunden zu lokalen Events rund um das Markenuniversum von Breguet ein und nehme daran teil.
  • Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen durch die Vorbereitung von Rechnungen, Geschenken und Verpackungen.
  • Zeitnahe und regelmäßige Bearbeitung von Anfragen (Online, E-Mail, Telefon).
  • Entwicklung und Pflege eines hohen Maßes an Verkaufstechniken und Uhrmacher-technischer Gewandtheit.

• Boutique Maßnahmen:
  • Aktive Beteiligung in der Pflege der Boutique: Aktualisierung von Produkt-Displays, Requisiten etc.
  • Verstehen und Respektieren aller Betriebs- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
  • Beachten der Sicherheit und der regelmäßigen Wartung der Uhren.

• Teamführung:
  • Leitung des Boutique Teams in Abwesenheit des Boutique Managers durch explizite Kommunikation von Zielen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Ergebnissen, Markenstandards und Verfahren. Du weißt Aufgaben zu, überprüfst diese und kommunizierst sie entsprechend.
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterbildungsplanung jedes Boutique Team-Mitglieds und der Vermittlung der kollektiven Ziele, durch beispielsweise Team-Meetings, praktische Schulungen, Beurteilungen, Antizipation des Schulungsbedarfs, Aufgabenverteilung und Feedback zu den Erwartungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Zusammenstellung eines erstklassigen Teams durch das Recruiting von potenziellen Kandidaten, Organisation des Onboardings und des Trainings zur Integration neuer Mitarbeitender als Teil der Breguet Familie vom ersten Tag an. Du triffst in Absprache notwendige Personalentscheidungen zur Umstrukturierung des Teams
  • Analyse des Auftretens und Verhaltens der Mitarbeitenden in Einklang mit den Unternehmens- und Boutique-Richtlinien (Uniform, Make-up, Sprache, Haare, Accessoires etc.)

Job description

Vous coordonnez l’activité de production au quotidien et managez une cellule de production (Préparation-Aiguillage, Pose bracelet, Décalque).

• Coordonner les activités de production de sa cellule
• Mettre en œuvre l’ensemble des actions nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs de sa cellule
• Manager le personnel de production (1ER niveau d’encadrement, entretiens de recadrage, participation aux recrutements,
  faire appliquer le règlement de l’entreprise)
• Gérer l’administratif de management (validation des congés, gestion des absences…)
• Être force de proposition d’amélioration de ses activités
• Participer à la définition et à la tenue des objectifs de sa cellule
• Être le référent technique des activités de la cellule
• Piloter les séances de clôture journalière de sa cellule et participer aux clôtures des clôtures
• Participer aux démarches d’amélioration continue et de pilotage de production
• Assurer un lien efficace entre la production et les fonctions support (Méthodes, Qualité, Ordonnancement)
• Participer au plan de formation des nouveaux collaborateurs
• Participer au déploiement des nouveaux produits et nouveaux processus/équipements

Profile

• Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation technique touchant au domaine horloger
• Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2-3 ans en tant que Manager/Coordinateur dans le milieu horloger

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
o Lead the Boutique team by explicitly communicating objectives, responsibilities, results, brand standards and procedures. Assign tasks, track and communicate
o Ensure coaching of each boutique team member and collective objectives, via (but not limited to) team meetings, on the job trainings, appraisals, anticipation of training needs, distribution of tasks, and feedback on expectations
o Plan to assemble the top-notch team. Source potential candidates, recruit, on-board and train new staff as a part of the Breguet family from day
o Monitor staff appearances and behavior, in line with company policy and boutique guidelines

Sales and Business Development
o Exceed boutique targets in accordance with brand retail strategy (compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations).
o Generate the interest of target prospects and convert to boutique customers. Develop specific programs to acquire new high potential customers. Manage clients’ lifecycles.
o Maintain on-going relationships with clients as a part of the Breguet family. Ensure special attention to existing and new VIP customers to maintain their loyalty.
o Identify opportunities and propose clienteling strategies using CRM. Obtain, input, update client information and track clienteling tasks of Sales Associates.

Boutique Operations
o Guarantee the proper maintenance of the boutique: cleanliness, proper visual displays and respect of VM guidelines
o Comply with Group and Brand (Retail Manual) procedures. Identify issues and propose different solutions so that store operations run flawlessly at all times.
o Assure the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces

Preferred Profile

• 5-7 years of team management experience, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.

• Monitor staff appearances and behaviour, in line with company policy and concession guidelines (uniform, makeup, language, hair, accessories, etc.).

Concession Operations

• Guarantee the proper maintenance of the concession space: cleanliness, proper visual displays and respect of VM guidelines.
• Comply with Selfridges, Group and Brand (Retail Manual) procedures. Identify issues and propose different solutions so that store operations run flawlessly at all times.
• Assure the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Follow health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment for both customers and staff.
• Help with risk assessments and ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the concession

Profile

• Previous experience in managing or supervising team, ideally in a luxury retail concession environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
• Deep understanding of the luxury retail market and customer expectations, with the ability to deliver a high-calibre service.
• Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and provide a tailored, luxurious shopping experience.
