The Classique Tourbillon Messidor pays tribute to the most renowned of Breguet’s inventions, which was patented in accordance with the French Revolutionary calendar, on 7 Messidor, Year 9 (26 June 1801).
On this entirely transparent watch, the sapphire dial takes a step back so that the complexity of the skeleton mechanism can be admired. Each of its elements has been meticulously polished, angled and shaped by hand. The time is indicated by blued Breguet hands. While the Tourbillon is majestically sits at 6 o’clock.
