The Breguet Type XXI 3817 in Rose Gold Receives An Award in Spain

The magazine Robb Report Spain has elected the Type XXI 3817 model in rose gold as “best watch of the year” within its “Best of the Best” award. It was the fourth edition of the competition.
The timepiece presented this year celebrates the strong link that unites Breguet to aviation. In the 30’s, the House developed chronograph mechanisms fitted on cockpit instrument panels, producing pilot’s watches. In 1935, it developed its first wrist chronographs and about two decades later, Breguet launched production of the Type XX model commissioned by the French armed forces: the famous chronograph would go to equip the national air force and the naval air arm until the early 1980s
