On December 2, 2015, the Breguet Boutique in organized an exclusive cultural evening highlighting the 200th anniversary of the Congress of Vienna and the battle of Waterloo. Among the leading figures of these two historic events were Tsar Alexander I, Prince Metternich, King Friedrich-Willhelm III., Prince Talleyrand, Emperor Napoleon or the Duke of Wellington, to name a few, and had one thing in common: they were all Breguet clients.
Swatch Group Austria’s General Manager Helmut Saller, as well as the Breguet Boutique Manager were the hosts of this evening. Dr. M. Christian Ortner, Director of the Military History Museum Vienna spoke about the events of 1815 and explained enthusiastically how it was finally possible to defeat Napoleon Bonaparte.
